Speaking is one of the skills that every student must have in learning English, among the writing, reading,
and lisneting skills, speaking is the only evidence against others, that students can speak English properly and correctly. While other skills such as reading and listening belong to the receptive skills section, which means that this is not too measurable when someone is going to talk to someone else.
As stated by Brown "Speaking is a productive activity or is produced from something learned. So, speaking can be a skill of someone who learns a language, which skills we can see or even measure and witness directly and empirically.
